Ensaladang Gulay, Ilocano Style is one of the authentic Ilocano boiled vegetable that I grew up. It is a medley of Ilocano vegetables blanch or boiled then serve with KBL or Kamatis, Bagoong at Lasona (Sibuyas Iloco).
